>> Use the up / down keys (the ones with arrows drawn on them) to scroll over the mail list.

>> If you intend to reply to a mail, simply press R.
>>A message will appear somewhere near the bottom of your screen saying "Include Original message in your reply?" Type Y/N as per your choice.
>> A second message will now appear:"Reply to all recepients?"
